Service Terms

To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, please review the following:

• Pricing is based on one private vehicle accommodating up to six guests.

• Additional hours may be available upon request and are subject to driver availability and additional charges.

• Extended travel beyond the standard service area, including destinations such as Kingston, Negril, or Montego Bay, may require a custom quote.

• Attraction admission, meals, beverages, parking fees (where applicable), gratuities, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

• The chauffeur will follow your preferred itinerary within the booked service period.

• Reservations are recommended in advance to ensure availability.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.

• Luxe Oasis reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if necessary due to operational requirements.
