The Private Garden Picnic is an exclusive experience available to registered guests staying at Luxe Oasis. The experience is designed for 2–6 guests and takes place in a private tropical setting within the villa grounds.

Your picnic includes a beautifully styled private setting, comfortable cushions and décor, tableware and linens, a Jamaican-inspired menu, tropical fruit, island refreshments, and complete setup and cleanup.
Optional enhancements such as celebration décor, fresh florals, custom cakes, Champagne, photography and massage services may be added for an additional cost.

Your private picnic experience is reserved for up to three hours, giving you plenty of time to dine, relax, take photos and enjoy the setting without feeling rushed.

Yes. You'll be able to select from our Jamaican-inspired picnic menu when submitting your request. Your selections are prepared for your group and accompanied by tropical fruit and island refreshments.

The experience and core inclusions are the same the difference is the atmosphere.
The Daytime Garden Picnic offers a bright, relaxed tropical setting, while the Golden Hour Picnic takes place later in the day when the garden begins to take on a softer, more intimate feel.
Both are offered at the same base price.

Absolutely. Your picnic can be personalized for birthdays, anniversaries, romantic occasions, girls' getaways, proposals and other special moments.
Celebration décor, cakes, fresh florals, Champagne, photography and other enhancements can be added to create an experience around your occasion.

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind when submitting your request, including preferred colors, themes, signage or other special details.
Custom décor is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge depending on the request.

The celebration images are designed to provide inspiration for how your picnic may be personalized. Each setup is customized based on the occasion, selected enhancements, preferences and availability, so décor, florals, colors and individual details may vary.

Weather: Because the Private Garden Picnic is an outdoor experience, weather conditions will be monitored by Luxe Oasis. If weather conditions make the picnic unsuitable at the scheduled time, we will first attempt to adjust the start time or reschedule the experience during your stay.
If Luxe Oasis determines that the experience cannot reasonably be provided during the remainder of your stay, the base picnic experience will be refunded. However, custom or third-party items that have already been purchased, prepared or delivered may remain non-refundable.
Weather-related cancellations or schedule changes are determined by Luxe Oasis based on conditions at the property. A guest's decision not to participate due solely to a weather forecast will be treated according to the standard cancellation policy.

We recommend requesting a standard picnic at least 48 hours in advance. Picnics requiring custom décor, cakes, florals, photography or other personalized elements should ideally be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled picnic receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48–72 hours before receive a 75% refund, while cancellations made 24–48 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Custom cakes, florals, personalized décor and other specially ordered or third-party enhancements may become non-refundable once purchased or confirmed.
For weather-related concerns, Luxe Oasis will first attempt to adjust or reschedule your picnic during your stay. If we're unable to provide the experience due to unsuitable weather, the refundable portion of your booking will be returned.

No. Submitting the form allows us to review your preferred date, time, menu and any requested enhancements. Your picnic is confirmed once availability, final details and required payment have been confirmed by Luxe Oasis.
